Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of subsidiaries including the F&B division (Bing Xue), petrol station, and emerging retail businesses. Ensure all operations meet company standards and operational goals. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company objectives. Identify new growth opportunities, particularly focusing on the renovation and management of Semua House. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the operational managers of each subsidiary, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Oversee recruitment and hiring for managerial roles, including the new center manager currently being hired for Semua House. Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for all subsidiaries. Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining product/service quality. Business Development: Drive initiatives for new business ventures within the retail line and other sectors. Collaborate with the properties team to optimize the use of space and enhance the guest experience. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and local authorities. Represent the group in meetings and public forums, enhancing the company's presence in the community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within multi-industry operations. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage change and drive operational excellence. Proficient in both Mandarin and English
