Strong communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., M&E teams, consultants, subcontractors).
Able to prioritize tasks, manage workloads independently, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and practical judgment rooted in real-world site conditions.
Review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify scope coverage, discrepancies, and omissions.
Identify and report inconsistencies between drawings and BOQ, including implied but undocumented scope items.
Provide technical clarification when evaluating vendor or subcontractor quotations.
Participate in value engineering discussions to optimize cost while ensuring compliance.
Assist in preparing technical submissions and RFI clarifications during the bidding process.
Construction Stage (Post-Contract Support)
Serve as HQ technical support for site teams, particularly for CSA scope.
Review IFC drawings and manage RFIs to resolve design issues and discrepancies.
Propose construction and termination details for unclear or incomplete sections.
Maintain drawing registers, track revisions, and ensure timely distribution of updates to site teams.
Prepare and submit material approvals, QA/QC documentation, and ITPs.
Liaise with consultants and internal teams to close technical queries raised from site.
Conduct occasional site visits to understand ground issues and ensure alignment with practical construction needs.
