Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum must have diploma in accounting, finance or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience in using Xero Software will be great.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision (as we mostly WFH, we need the employee to have strong discipline during working hours, no MIA during working hours).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Have effective communication especially during WFH to ensure all task is being handled accordingly to timeline.
  • Hybrid 80% WFH, 20% office (as and when required)must be willing to WFH and be responsive during working hours.
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:

Basic Salary: : RM2300 \xe2\x80\x93 RM3300

Allowances : RM200

On Job Travel: Claim basis, if assigned a task.

EPF, SOCSO, EIS

They strive to design the best protection route for your intellectual properties and to develop the most efficient and cost effective strategies without limiting the creativity of your assets.

Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Jalan Bukit Bintang (Hybrid)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Based at the Accounts Department, Reporting to the Director.
  • Preparation and follow-up of documentation such as invoices, quotation, payment voucher, purchase order with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Send statement of accounts to client and follow up payment accordingly.
  • Verification of all kinds of claims and suppliers\' invoices.
  • Handle communications with internal and external stakeholders through phone email and/or in-person.
  • Coordinate with external accounting partner to prepare periodic and ad hoc forecasts and budgets.
  • Coordinate with external accounting partner in ensuring the compliance with the statutory tax requirements.
  • Coordinate and provide support to internal team in the procedural, business development, marketing department in terms of accounting and finance related matters.
  • Other ad hoc duty as assigned by the management.
