Recommend beverages and upsell premium products through professional and personalized suggestions.
Maintain strong product knowledge, including seasonal cocktails, alcohol selections, and food pairings.
Ensure the bar counter, tools, and glassware are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service in line with company and legal guidelines.
Assist in managing bar stock inventory, restocking supplies, and performing daily opening and closing duties.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation for every drink served.
Prepare ingredients, garnishes, and pre-mixes to support efficient service.
Comply with all hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
Support event setups and private functions to ensure smooth and professional bar operations.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
