Manage reservations, room allocations, and walk-in guest inquiries efficiently.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and online messages promptly, providing accurate information on promotions, pricing, and availability.
Coordinate closely with service, kitchen, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest flow and room readiness.
Handle check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate billing and payment collection.
Maintain up-to-date records of room occupancy, guest preferences, and booking schedules.
Manage guest complaints or requests politely and escalate to the superior when necessary.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Monitor and update promotional displays or marketing materials at the front desk.
Support event or group bookings, including pre-arrival arrangements and special requests.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Prior experience in reception, front desk, or customer service is an advantage.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking or POS systems preferred.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
