Requirements:\xc2\xb7Applicants with SPM level qualification and above\xc2\xb7Proficient in Mandarin (Read, Speak, Type)\xc2\xb7Fluent in English is required for this role\xc2\xb7 Have no issue to work on 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm (Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday)\xc2\xb7Able to start working on 24th June 2024\xc2\xb7Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office Scopes:\xc2\xb7 Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\xe2\x80\x99s services.\xc2\xb7 To exceed customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.\xc2\xb7Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.\xc2\xb7Facilitate customer onboarding and provide stellar after-sales services.\xc2\xb7Provide assist on product returns and exchanges.\xc2\xb7 Answer customer\xe2\x80\x99s inquiries about the products.
