Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct product knowledge and treatment protocol training.
Deliver sales and customer service workshops.
Develop and update training materials.
Provide on-site support and hands-on training.
Evaluate training effectiveness and support ongoing development.
Act as a brand ambassador and build strong client relationships.
Maintain training records and coordinate logistics.
Requirements :
Diploma/Degree in Beauty Therapy or related field (CIBTAC/CIDESCO/SKM preferred). 3-5 years as a beauty therapist, ideally with training experience. Skilled in skincare, treatment techniques, and equipment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficient in Mandarin and English. Willing to travel locally for training sessions.
Offer:
Basic salary RM4500-RM6000 EPF, SOCSO, EIS 5-day work week (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm) Professional growth and exposure to top international beauty brands.
