Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Duties:



Streamline Operations:

Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in daily operations.

Resource Management:

Create and execute strategies for effective allocation and utilization of resources to maximize productivity.

Team Development:

Enhance team productivity by providing training and introducing tools that support their work, ensuring continuous improvement.

Supply Chain Optimization:

Oversee and improve supply chain and inventory management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Must be willing to work fully on-site. Proficiency in scheduling, budget management, problem-solving, team leadership, performance metrics, and quality assurance.
