Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency in food quality, service, and hygiene standards.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships.
Monitor sales performance and prepare operational reports for management review.
Lead, train, and motivate outlet managers and staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Plan and execute marketing or promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous operational excellence.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in F&B operations, with at least
2 years in a managerial role
.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent understanding of F&B operations, customer service, and cost management.
Hands-on, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel or work on weekends/public holidays if required.
