Position Overview A retail Area Manager oversees the operations and performance of retail stores within a given area or district. They typically report to the retail head office and serve as a liaison between regional branches and the company\'s headquarters. Responsibilities: Responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff. To facilitating staff development. To oversee the day-to-day work and operations of employees to ensure adherence to organization guidelines. Requirements: Minimum Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in a business-related studies. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail as an Area Manager or similar role preferably from footwear retail industry. Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin & Malay. Candidate must have good interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
