Assist in executing franchise expansion plans into international markets, covering site acquisition, store opening, and post-launch support.
Support franchisees during market launches through store attachment planning, operational training, and supply chain readiness.
Work with marketing and R&D teams to adapt products and campaigns for local markets.
Operations & Performance
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and warehouses to ensure smooth procurement and timely outlet supply fulfillment.
Monitor outlet performance and assist in implementing strategies to improve KPIs and revenue.
Conduct regular outlet audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards.
Training & Support
Prepare and maintain franchisee training materials, product SOPs, and marketing toolkits for consistency across markets.
Provide operational support and guidance to franchise partners.
Financial Coordination
Liaise with finance teams to ensure timely billing and collections from franchise markets.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in franchise operations, business development, or related roles.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
