5 days work week 1) Remote working in Malaysia, primarily work from home 2) Able to speak English and Mandarin as many staff tend to be mandarin speaking 3) Proficient in conducting hiring via platforms such as Facebook groups, Indeed, just to name a few 4) Possess knowledge in Excel and other relevant data analysis and reporting to provide insights on HR management such as hiring budget control, staff retention and leave management
5) Experience in using cloud HR software will be a bonus
6) Possess strong interpersonal skills in establishing and renewing relationships with internal stakeholders including employees to understand their HR needs such as learning gaps, emotional support and work equipment
7) Coordinate with various teams to develop and enhance training programmes for continual staff development
8) Establish and enhance organisation\xe2\x80\x99s compensation (rewards) and benefits system for staff motivation and align everyone towards achieving organisational goals
9) Establish and enhance appraisal system to uphold high quality standards
10) Coordinate with various teams to develop and enhance SOPs for various departments and workflows and organise regular meetings to gather new insights and update and fine tune SOPs for effective training and management
11) Possess strong English language skills in order to vet contracts and other legal documents for accuracy and adequate representation of the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s aspirations and endeavours
12) Keep abreast of the latest HR trends for various job roles and develop new policies to help organisation stay relevant and attractive in labour markets ** Opportunities to be promoted to Senior HR Specialist and Assistant Manager in the next few years as company grows Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month Benefits:
