We are an education set up looking for someone who enjoys assisting in online customer service and sales and marketing. This is a purely remote working position. 5 days work week, weekends required Requirements 1) Must able to understand/speak English very well (highly professional) as well as reading and writing 2) Being able to speak, write and read in Mandarin will be added as bonus 3) Must be proficient and fast with social media such as using Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business 4) Familiar with Google Workplace Apps such as Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slide, Google Sheet, Google Meet and Zoom 5) Must be outgoing, organized and quick thinking 6) Able to respond to online customers quickly (within 15mins during work time) when there is enquiry 7) Possess strong English speaking and written communication skills and coordinates with teaching team to provide solutions to parents and students 8) May need to call or text new customer leads to fix appointments, having some sales experience will be a bonus 9) Need to regularly update Google sheet and team on customer progress. Being strong in Excel/Google sheet will be a bonus 10) Training will be provided 11) Attention to details is a must Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month Benefits:
