Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and plating.
Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
Follow proper food handling procedures and hygiene regulations.
Monitor inventory and report shortages of ingredients or supplies.
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen deliveries.
Learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and recipes.
Support the team during peak hours and events.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
0-2 years of relevant kitchen experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
