Provide general coordination, tracking, and reporting of marketing activities and operational matters.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing and logistics processes.
Execute communication, documentation, and submission of marketing-related documents to relevant parties (e.g. vendors, service providers).
Respond to enquiries received through digital platforms (e.g. email, website, phone call, social media).
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, assess market positioning, and enhance marketing strategies.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
Manage and update content on company digital channels (e.g. website) to ensure consistency with branding and marketing objectives.
Maintain and organize marketing databases and vendor contacts for easy access and future use.
Ensure compliance with company branding guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.
Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
1-5 years of working experience in marketing or similar capacity (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
Good communication and writing skills in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
Familiar with social media platforms, basic digital marketing, and Microsoft Office tools.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.
Willing to travel or support company events when required.
