Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education (only)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development principles, curriculum design, and educational best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and people skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff, parents, and stakeholders.

Provide guidance and leadership to staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Child Welfare and Safety:

Administrative Duties:
Ensure accurate records and documentation related to enrolment, attendance, staff credentials, and other administrative tasks.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders as required.
Coordinate class schedules and manage rescheduling as needed.
Develop and maintain class timetables and adjust schedules, as necessary.
