• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a project coordinator in a digital marketing agency or related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Asana, Trello.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media is a plus.

Scopes:Our client, is a search engine and social media expert consulting agency. They collect and analyse campaign performance data and implementing the right targeting and strategy to help their clients achieve statistical growth online.They are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various digital marketing projects for their agency\'s clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the client\'s expectations.Position: Senior Project Coordinator
Location: Onsite Office in Oval Damansara, TTDI, Kuala LumpurResponsibilities:

• Reporting to Director, based at the Social Media/ Website Dept.
• Collaborate with the agency\'s creative and technical teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets based on the client\'s needs and expectations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project status updates, address concerns or issues, and ensure that they are satisfied with the project\'s progress.
• Manage project resources, including the agency\'s internal teams, freelancers, and vendors to ensure that everyone has the resources they need to complete the project successfully.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and ensure that the agency\'s project management processes are continuously improving
