• Proficient in Mandarin and English, facilitating effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Possess a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Project Management and System Integration is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Digital System Integration products, such as MES, OEE, and IIOT devices, is a significant advantage.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills to handle system troubleshooting effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and team members professionally.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel and attend to customer sites when required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and manage end-to-end project implementation for clients, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Plan, prepare, and execute system installations, both hardware and software, as per project requirements.
• Conduct thorough Testing & Commissioning processes to ensure system functionality and performance.
• Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance activities to ensure the continued reliability and efficiency of integrated systems.
• Assist in promoting company\'s Digital System Integration solutions to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and advantages of our products.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Address unforeseen system errors or breakdowns at customer manufacturing sites.
• Swiftly identify the root causes of system issues and provide effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Assist in product/system delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning on an ad-hoc basis as needed.

• Salary package: RM4,000 - RM6,000 (Subject to experience and interview performance)
