Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in human resource functions.
• Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act and Labor Law.
• Able to work within tight deadline, multi-task and fast pace working environment.
• Good personality, maintain confidentiality and able to work independently and as a team.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred).
• Candidate who from JB are welcome to apply. can relocated to Setia Tropika, JB Branch.

• Able to motivate employees and build relationships with employees at all levels
• Maintaining database, Recruitment Reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and various interviewing methods
• Experience organizing employee engagement and conducive workplace environment
• Manage the recruitment activities that include job posting, screening and interview scheduling and source for various recruitment channels.
• Others related duties within your scope that are assigned by your immediate superior.
