- Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
- Education: Fresh graduates with a Certificate, Degree, or Diploma in IT (Full training provided).
- Availability: Willing to work on rotational shifts.
- Location: Willing to work in Ara Damansara.
- Support: Provide technical support via telephone and email for the product.
- Communication: Use strong interpersonal skills to ease customer frustrations and solve issues.
- Adaptation: Assess customer\'s technical knowledge and tailor communications accordingly.
- Troubleshooting: Conduct basic probing to determine the next steps for software-related inquiries.
- Work Schedule: 5 working days per week.
- EPF & SOCSO.
