Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibities:
Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows Provide technical support to production to resolve process and quality issues Prepare and update process documentation (work instructions, SOPs, routing) Analyze production data to improve efficiency, yield, and cycle time Support new product introduction (NPI), tooling, and process validation Work closely with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 6S) Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and quality standards
Requirements:
Degree or Master in
Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering
3-5 years
experience in manufacturing environment Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production flow Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications Good problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork skillsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
