To provide technical support to the Contract Manufacturer for executing the assembly processes, ECN implementation, troubleshooting production issue to meet defined standards of quality and on-time delivery, materials form-fit qualification, and evaluation.
To identify critical manufacturing and quality issues and driving the CM partner to closure.
As Teradyne\'s first point of contacts and escalation for process/assembly related issue and provide deviation authorization as were appropriate
Create, review and coordinate Engineering Change Orders implementation with the CM partner and make process improvement recommendations.
Acts as a primary interface with the Teradyne NPI Ops team / Engineering team during the release of a new assemblies or revisions to assemblies already in use.
To work with the CM partner to drive operation improvement
Interact with field team and support driving improvement for field quality feedback
Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Manufacturing Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in complex Electro-Mechanical assembly, understanding technical drawings, SolidWorks and electrical system would be key advantage.
Must be able to interface and effectively communicate with technology and engineering departments to resolve manufacturing issues and process improvement.
Good operational, leadership and interpersonal skills with excellence drive and enthusiasm.
Analytical, team player, mature thinking, organized and high sense of urgency.
Flexible to work at multiple time zones and travel for training or audit
