Job description:

Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Analyze workflow, materials, and equipment layout to maximize production efficiency. Conduct time studies and root cause analyses to identify process bottlenecks or quality issues. Prepare and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams. Support new product introduction (NPI) by designing and validating processes and tooling requirements. Collaborate with the Quality and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve production problems. Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Provide technical support and training to production staff. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on process-related issues or improvements.
Experience:

Process engineering: 1 year (Required)
