Responsibilities:

Provide mechanical engineering support for assembly lines and test/measurement equipment, resolving fit and function issues. Review and revises mechanical specifications as needed. Identify and redesign parts/assemblies to reduce costs and improve quality/yield. Initiate and implements digitalization and automation for enhanced manufacturing excellence. Resolve manufacturing and assembly process issues to meet production yield targets. Design and fabricates assembly tooling to improve quality and productivity. Maintain product-specific documentation for manufacturing processes. Participate in product transfer/NPI projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field. Familiar with quality tools and statistical methods (SPC, DOE, Statistical Inference, etc.) for analysis and technical problem-solving. Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and critical specifications. Experience in process engineering support and documentation (Work Instructions, FMEAs, Control Plans, etc.). Disciplined, self-motivated, and highly accountable; takes ownership of products and strives to complete tasks within critical timelines. Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written) for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to work and meet a broad scope of manufacturing objectives in terms of safety, delivery, quality, and cost.
