Your qualifications

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree \xe2\x80\xa2 5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering role with direct experience in PCBA assembly \xe2\x80\xa2 Deep hands-on experience qualifying and operating PCBA assembly processes, including SMT (stencil print, pick & place, reflow, automated optical inspection, flying probe and bed-of-nails testing, and X-ray inspection \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of PCB/PCBA fabrication and assembly specifications such as IPC-A-610, IPC-7711 & IPC7721 \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with supplier quality processes (qualification/audits, production part approval process, first article inspection reports, corrective actions, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with quality system (ISO 9001/ISO14001) implementation and audits \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated application of process validation and control methods such as PFMEA, design for manufacturing (DFM) and statistical process control (SPC) \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to use common CAD, PDM, and ERP systems (SAP)
