Let's Talk About the role:

Assist in designing and implementing manufacturing processes, equipment, and documentation for new product introductions and volume production. Support process validation activities in compliance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards. Collaborate with Product Development to ensure designs are scalable and manufacturable. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN, Six Sigma, and GMP principles. Analyze manufacturing data using tools like SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, and Power BI to drive efficiency and quality.

and early-career professionals with 1-2 years of working experience who are eager to learn, grow, and make a difference.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Strong problem-solving skills and a quality-focused mindset. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative attitude.

Preferred:

Experience in

medical device manufacturing

or regulated environments. Exposure to process validation, automation, or volume production. Familiarity with QMS audits and data analytics tools.
