Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in any engineering field. Minimum 2 years working experience in manufacturing field. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specification. Knowledge in LEAN manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops, writes, releases, maintains and updates the technical documentations to support production activity and customer or supplier such as Technical Sheet, Bill of Materials (BOM), Manufacturing Hours, Work Instruction (WI), ERP (WOR & WOPL), Technical Note (TN), Engineering Work Order (EWO), Engineering Order (EO), Approve Manufacturing Routes (AMR), Manufacturing plan, Bidding, Interchangeability (ICY) form, Engineering Query Notes (EQN) or Work Query Notes (WQN) etc. where/as applicable to respective program. Update information in ERP systems such as technical information related to WOR, WOPL, and all list of items and materials used by respective program. Prepares and maintains the Bill of Material (BOM) as per commercial target. Ensure the validity and compliance of the product as per product specifications. Support Process Engineer in MRB disposition on NCR raised. Involve in root cause investigation, corrective and preventive action to the related area. Provides technical training related to manufacturing products to subordinates and other department's personnel.
