Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues. Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation and guidance from engineering solutions to product/manufacturing issue
• Engage as a technical consultant for R&D and Product Development to enable New Product Introductions and Extensions
• Provide consultation for Product Qualification processes
• Lead and co-ordinate Product Quality System
• Own the form, fit, and function of HP ISO-Pg PENs product and drive Change Management
• Provide consultation for product reliability drive solutions across HP value chains team such as Process Engineering, Supply Chain, Tech Support as well as Production, to improve Manufacturing Line Productivity, Yield, and Quality
• Conceptualize, Develop, and Deliver solutions to simplify processes and deliver Cost Reduction out of the Operations

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Material Engineering
• Typically 4-6 years experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Possess a good understanding of manufacturing processes, methodologies, and environment, preferably have experience working in a fast pace and high-volume electronics product manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Project Management skills
• Good Understanding of Quality Assurance & Process Control Knowledge
• Excellent team player, interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to work well under Stress, both internally and across functions
• Fast learner, Proactive and Self-driven character
• Technically inclined and Hands-on personality
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
