This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive introduction to your field of interest, with hands-on experience and mentorship from industry experts.Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of various projects within your department.xc2xb7Data Analysis: Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.xc2xb7Technical Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and improve processes.xc2xb7Product Development: Contribute to the development and testing of new products or services.xc2xb7Stakeholders Engagement Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.xc2xb7Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.xc2xb7Product Reliability Engineering roles:

• Provide resolution and implement engineering solution to product/manufacturing issue
• Engage R&D and Product Development to enable New Product Introductions and Extensions
• Identify the risks early in the program and determine the test methods needed to characterize the product to ensure we meet the end-customer needs. This is especially true in any product or process NUDxe2x80x99s
• Drive Product Qualification processes
• Drive and implement strong Product Quality System
• Own the form, fit and function of HP Printhead and drive Change Management
• Provide recommendation and path forward based on the reliability results.
• Perform writing system (print quality characterization) testing to support qualification, NPI program, escalation, etc.

Qualifications:xc2xb7Education: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Material Engineeringxc2xb7Possess good understanding of manufacturing processes, methodologies and environment, preferably have the experience working in a fast pace and high-volume electronics product manufacturing environmentxc2xb7Technical Skills:

• Process Simulation and Modeling
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma)
• Good Understanding of Quality Assurance & Process Control Knowledge
