Position : MANUFACTURING MANAGERLocation: Kulai, JohorRESPONSIBLITIES

Managing the department all persons, equipment, tooling, material and facility
Responsible for department manpower, facility, working environment layout and follow
Execute the production scheduling based on planner\'s schedule. Balance department production capacity and manpower
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing process to meet corporate goal on production targets, efficiency, product quality to meet customer\'s needs
To lead team in achieving daily production output and responsible their discipline
Cross communication to resolve emergency issue, quickly response requiremetn from others department
Ensure that QMS, 5S and Safety & Health guidelines are followed
Maintain effecitivens of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System

REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Degree or equivalent
Min 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing/ Production Operations or equivalent
