- Lead and motivate production Leaders and operators to achieve on company and Department goals:-
b) Utilization Relatives
c) Quality indicators
d) Cost Per Placement
e) IDC (Internal Defect Cost)
f) SMT Change Over
g) Safety indicator
- Monitor and achieve Daily SMT loading based on Planned schedule
- Co-ordinate with other MOE regarding PCBA supply issue during shift
- Head count and machine allocation planning for shift to optimize output with good quality
- Responsible for SMT 5S, Suggestion (PSS), Near miss finding, waste reduction, LPA, OPL monitoring.
- Coach and train Leaders and Operators
- Perform yearly evaluation on subordinates performance
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 1-2 years working of experience in SMT Process
- PFMEA, Quality and product knowledge
- Good in English communication and written skill
- Leave Entitlement e.g: Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etc
- Company Insurances and etc
