Minimum requirements:
Minimum SPM with at least 5 years experience in Manufacturing Industry, or
Certificates with at least 2 years experience in Manufacturing Industry, or
Fresh Diploma in any field, are encouraged to apply.

General Info & Benefits:
Permanent Position (Basic RM1,200 \xe2\x80\x93 RM1,550)
12 hours shift (7-7) morning & night
3 or 4 working days per week (about 15 working days per month)
Shift Allowance RM160/mth
Transport Allowance RM100/mth
Attendance Bonus RM80/mth
13 months salary per year (1 month contractual bonus)
Annual Success Bonus - based on company performance

Infineon Kulim is the first and only frontend wafer fabrication site for Infineon in Asia.
