JOB SUMMARY:

To work out process development and improvement in manufacturing process Ensure the production process operates within the specified STD time provided.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Monitor the actual process time and line productivity reported by daily report. Process Analysis and Improvement (Line balancing approach & red, green analysis) Study and report for new improved process/ new jig implementation (identify saving and ROI) Establishes and / or update documents related to process (Work Instruction, Check sheet & TID- Travelling ID)) Identify 4M changes in Production process and issue 4M change form (provide detail information regarding changes) As a Window to Production for all issues arise related to Production Process support Analyses rejected part of critical case. Involved in new item/project development - identifying the jigs/tools and test equipment required. Developing, configuring and optimizing industrial processes Other relevant tasks as assigned by the Management

REQUIREMENT:

Open to fresh graduates Or candidates with 1-2 years of working experience Background in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering (Bachelor) Active and proactive (not passive) Good in data analysis Lean manufacturing Able to work independently Fast learner with good problem-solving skills Able to deliver tasks within timeline
