Job Description
Responsibilities :
Assist Process Engineers in improving production quality, yield, and output. Support Process Engineers in implementing process control and monitoring techniques. Execute and complete tasks as planned by the Process Engineer. Provide technical support to the production team. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspection, cleaning, servicing, and maintenance. Assist in setting up new processes and conducting related studies. Collect process data and report findings to the Process Engineer. Possess in-depth knowledge of processes; identify and troubleshoot deviations, and take corrective actions when necessary. Assist Process Engineers in maintaining highly optimized processes. Document routine manufacturing processes accurately. Ensure strict adherence to process parameters and compliance with internal SOPs.
Requirements :
Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience in engineering, process, or manufacturing is an advantage. Willing to work shifts, support overtime, and work on weekends when required. Able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
