Ensure meeting production schedule, quality specifications. To ensure that records are properly maintained, updated. Ensure important message communication to ensure the smooth operation of shift. To trigger superior / PM group when encounter abnormality. : (Assembly Production) Any relevant and lawful task that may be assigned by the superior from time to time in line and commensurate with job grade and position title. Operate machine, load and unload of products. Make arrangement for lot start and lot end, ensure product quantity is correct and tally. Follow procedures in machine operation or visual and take all known precautions. Alert supervisor or higher-level Technician when encountering abnormality. Abide by the housekeeping, discipline, proper clean room practices and safety set-forth by the organization. Able to perform visual inspection & confirmation, and alert technician or Supervisor if any defect or abnormality.
Fuji Electric (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (FEM) was incorporated in February 1996. Located in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah Darul Aman and covering a total land area of about 86,000 square meters. Earlier operations include substrate production and media magnetic disk production. In March 2008, Fuji Electric Semiconductor (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. was established for the manufacturing of industrial Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) modules. On 1st April 2015, the magnetic disk and power semiconductor businesses were merged under one entity \xe2\x80\x93 Fuji Electric (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd to further strengthen FEM\xe2\x80\x99s business operation in Malaysia. Currently, the Semiconductor IGBT module is the main product of FEM. In Aug 2021 Fuji Electric Japan announced a new investment of about JPY25 billion (RM945 million) for the expansion of FEM\xe2\x80\x99s Semiconductor Plant in Malaysia to focus on the production of 8-inch silicon wafers for the IGBT power semiconductor products, which are used to manage power flows in air conditioners, electric vehicles, solar and more. FEM has embarked on the pursuit of outstanding quality products with minimal impact on the environment, and was awarded with ISO9001:2015 in March 2017, followed by ISO14001:2015 in August 2017.
