Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description
Key responsibilities
1.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams during assigned shifts2. Monitor and optimise production processes to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
3. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed
4. Provide training and guidance to production team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
5. Maintain accurate records, report on key performance indicators, and communicate with management
6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
7. Collaborate with other departments to optimise overall production and logistics
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a manufacturing or logistics environment
2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate teams
4. Proficient in reading and interpreting production schedules, quality control procedures, and safety protocols
5. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
6. Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as Manufacturing, Engineering, or Operations Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
