Job Description

Supervise, lead, and motivate production team members to achieve daily output and quality targets. Plan and coordinate production schedules, manpower allocation, and resources to ensure smooth operations. Track production flow and proactively address issues to reduce delays and maintain continuous operations. Enforce workplace safety, compliance with SOPs, and company policies. Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for production staff. Collaborate with quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve production efficiency and product quality. Prepare and submit daily/weekly production reports to management.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a production supervisor or team leader role in electronics manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of production processes, quality control processes. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software - ERP, and Microsoft Excel

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
