Job Description

Design, develop and own robust Manufacturing systems and processes to enable and sustain flawless Manufacturing execution. Continuously drive programs and projects to improve factory efficiency & cost and work towards Complete Exercise (CE) among Virtual Factory (VF) whilst ensuring factory remains ISO compliance. Work closely within, across departments and VF level as a single point of contact for the given portfolio(s). The responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Responsible to design, develop and implement Manufacturing related business processes and systems that helps to standardized and ease the work of Manufacturing on direct labor (DL) hiring, DL training, DL efficiency, DL flexibility, Man Machine Ratio (MMR) improvement. Chair or key member to drive programs/projects on DL efficiency, DL flexibility in support production loading. Drive cost effectiveness effort and have detailed plans and strategies to ensure Manufacturing is continuously spending below the budget. This including driving DL per tool improvement project. Perform DL readiness (Training plan, HC allocation, shift balancing) to support new product introd uction. Perform study & assessment on DL requirement to support operation needs with latest Build Plan (BP) follow the planning cycle. Responsible to define MMR of new tool by working closely with Industrial Engineer. Single point of contact on any issue or activities that related to DL planning. Drive system matching across others plants. Flexibility to support ad hoc assignments beyond the given portfolio. Qualifications The candidate must possess a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Engineering and/or Science disciplines such as Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering. 3-4 years of experience with some of that time being in manufacturing. Minimum of 6 months of experience in SQL and VBA. Minimum of 2 year of experience in Microsoft Office (Excel highly desirable).
