Responsible for supervising a group of Technicians for daily goal consists of Safety/Quality/Control and Delivery. Ensure sufficient resource available for daily execution, manage subordinates career growth and guide them to be a successful employee and mean time create a good inclusive working environment. Job requires to monitor tool performance which include assist monitoring/unscheduled downtime update and work with stake holders to ensure the equipment to be functioning per requirement.Qualifications Degree in any engineering discipline. Preferably EE, Mechanical, Mechatronic, with 2+ years\' experience in managing technicians in a semiconductor or engineering field Able to work 12 hours shift 4 days a week with 3 days off Experience as Team Lead, Engineer or supervisor and has passion to manage people.
