Chargeman A4 (Contract Outsource) Performing preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance in Data Center and Exchange building for low voltage (LV), generator, sewerage system and electrical system in terms of data tracking, calibration, energy management, load balancing, testing and commissioning according to Company Service Level Agreement (SLA). Involving Data Center and Exchange building operations, maintenance and repairing activity and to obtain optimum performance of operating equipment such as HVAC system, generator system, building electrical system, lift and firefighting system. Evaluate field installation and provide recommended design or modification to eliminates equipment malfunction. To ensure all maintenance work related especially on electrical and mechanical item/contractor are compliance with all safety and health regulations requirement and discipline. To maintain, install and troubleshoot all electrical and mechanical systems. Ensuring electrical and mechanical component or equipment is safe to use and in a good condition. Periodically inspect, monitor and test all emergency equipment and installation according to schedule. Inspection LV board, generator, earth connection and electrical fittings To ensure firefighting equipment (clean agent & fire sensor) is in operating condition and valid certificate. To ensure uninterrupted power supply and responsible for electrical related areas. To ensure all electrical equipment and mechanical follows the electrical Act and Regulation as well as standardization of JKKP. Provide monthly high-level report to Supervisor or charge man (BO) on preventive maintenance and all electrical system condition / status. Perform, lead and supervise technician performing preventive maintenance job, troubleshooting and corrective maintenance in efficient manner. Assist supervising engineer to perform regular check on electrical component base on Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) regulation. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES Possesses SPM/SPMV, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, MLVK, Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent. Charge man Certified level A4 issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga is a MUST. At least 2 year(s) working experience in Engineering (Electronic/Electrical), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. Experience in building maintenance, Telecommunication industry or data center maintenance will be added advantages. TECHNICAL & BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS Possess general IT skills and computer literate - Microsoft office & AUTOCAD. Good written and communication in Malay & English. Self-motivation, ability to work independently with minimum supervision and conscientious. Ability to read and interpret technical drawing, topology and electrical diagram. Knowledge and good understanding on general regulation (FMA 1967, JKKP, Fire Services Act, Suruhanjaya Tenaga & OHSAS 18001 development). Hands-on skill with a capability to provide improvement solution, create standardized work and come out with root cause analysis for all electrical systems, machinery and equipment problem. Good technical skill in mechanical, electrical and electronics control system. Understanding of safety and health practices. Must possess excellent attitude with punctuality & communication skills. Possess operational job knowledge, standard policies and procedures. Responsible, diligent, analytical, motivated, committed, proactive and result orientated Willing to travel, relocation, work overtime & shift if required.
