Texas Instruments is seeking Manufacturing Technician Interns who will be responsible for performing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. In this role you will utilize diagnostic equipment and various vendor documents to isolate and repair malfunctions.

The ideal candidate should currently be enrolled in Diploma program in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Electronic Engineering with a thorough understanding of vacuum, RF, AC/DC and digital electronic theory, and the ability to assemble, disassemble and reassemble complex mechanical assemblies, are desired. Work may involve repetitive motion and some heavy lifting (up to 34 kg).

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
• Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role.
• Good listener and excellent verbal and written communication skills
