Senior Manufacturing Technician (Debug Tech)

Perai, Penang

We are currently seeking a Senior Manufacturing Technician (Debug Tech) to join our AERO/ ISCA team in our Perai, Penang office. Reporting to the Adv Mfg Engineering Manager, your focus will be to to troubleshooting and test in production line and to read & understand schematic diagram of the circuit board assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Operate assigned equipment.

\xc2\xb7 Participate in continuous improvement activities.

\xc2\xb7 Support the Honeywell Operating System

\xc2\xb7 Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness

\xc2\xb7 Comply with all safety rules.

\xc2\xb7 Record and report production data.

\xc2\xb7 Analyze data and production reports

\xc2\xb7 Set up and change over equipment

Key Experience & Capabilities:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

\xc2\xb7 Possess ability to read & understand schematic diagram of the circuit board assemblies

\xc2\xb7 More than 2 years hands-on experience in ICT/Functional trouble-shooting especially multi-layers circuit board assemblies

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of how to operates DMM (Digital Multimeter) & Oscilloscope.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in using other debug tools would be advantage (Spectrum Analyzer, LCR Meter, Short Locator etc)

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to troubleshooting and test in production line

\xc2\xb7 Analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts

\xc2\xb7 Complete work, follow up and appropriate reporting on responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Focus on important information and identify key details

\xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting skills.

\xc2\xb7 Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity

\xc2\xb7 Creative thinking and idea generation.
