Job Responsibility Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance, including regular cleaning, inspection, and repair as needed. Commission and prepare work instructions for production assembly, overseeing the process to guarantee efficiency and quality output. Possess a thorough understanding of mechanical & electronic assembly principles and techniques, with a focus on the publishing and printer industry, if possible Undertake additional tasks as required to support day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless functioning of the plant. Proven experience in machinery maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with publishing and printer industry processes is a plus. Job Responsibility Proficiency in mechanical assembly techniques and equipment operation. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose machinery issues accurately. Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough inspection and maintenance of machinery, as well as adherence to quality standards in production processes. Flexibility to handle changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to take on varied tasks as needed. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, convey instructions clearly, and report on maintenance activities and production progress. Job Requirements SPM/High school diploma or equivalent Additional technical certification or vocational training in machinery maintenance or related field preferred. Proven experience in machinery maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with publishing and printer industry processes is a plus. Can speak in English Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
