Role Description Iconic Hotel is seeking a full-time Marcom Manager to join their team. The Marcom Manager will be located on-site in Bukit Mertajam and will be responsible for managing the marketing and communications efforts of the hotel. The Marcom Manager will work closely with the sales and management teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with marketing software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics Strong project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
