Park Inn by Radisson Putrajaya are currently hiring a Marketing Communications Manager who will be responsible for managing the design, implementation, and management of a range of online & offline communication strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinates and supervises the art section in production of posters and other printed materials. Supervises and directs photographers commissioned to take pictures of VIPs, shows etc.
Coordinates publication of hotel\xe2\x80\x99s newsletters/s and flyers for associates and public for Rooms and Restaurant, and Events promotions.
Provides information to other departments on activities within and outside the hotel which may be useful when dealing with guests. Works together with other department such as Front Office, Sales, and F&B to coordinate guest\xe2\x80\x99s lists or invitations for VIP\xe2\x80\x99s events.
Attends to all complaints, requests, and enquiries, coordinates handling with departments concerns. Assists with the hosting of media, planned press conferences and other press activities.
Maintains clipping flies pertaining to the Hotel\xe2\x80\x99s advertising and publicity based on daily perusal of media and provides the same to the General Manager. Maintains digital photographs/slides library.
Updates the content on the hotel pages of the Hotel website or others media platform.
