FRANKY Group of companies comprise with 5 core businesses which are mineral mining, constructions, property, material, & hospitality division. There are 2 properties under our hospitality portfolio - Mangala Resort & Spa and Rocana Hotel. Both properties are located in Pahang, Kuantan. We are seeking a Digital Public Relations Manager to nurture a strong digital industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and Social media relations programs. He/she will oversees all public relations activities and marketing content initiatives, across multiple platforms and formats, to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads, and positive customer behaviour. s 1. Establish new and maintain relationships with influential individuals in digital media\xe2\x80\x94online journalists, influencers, bloggers, etc. 2. Identify the right influencers to work with our resort and hotel campaigns, negotiate payments, and assess the quality of content they create. 3. Develop and maintain our media contact database and create relevant contact lists for Resort and Hotel campaigns 4. Develop and implement public and media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media, leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within industry media. 5. Manage media inquiries and interview requests 6. Secure interviews with online publications and organize business profiling 7. Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis. 8. Gather PR campaign performance data and use these insights to create more effective future outreach plans. 9. Work with our copy and design ( MARCOM) teams to create compelling content and media kits for the campaigns 10. Use key metrics like impressions, click-through rates, social shares, and sales to measure the performance of digital campaigns and create report.
