Industry: Electronics Location: Subang Jaya Tenure: Permanent Responsibilities 1. Marketing collaterals - Manage production of marketing collaterals (obtain printing quotations, compare quotations, manage inventory of marketing collaterals and provide inventory updates to product managers as and when required). - Liaise with vendors and product managers & sales team to complete material creation. - Assist in distribution of marketing materials to regional offices as and when required. 2. Event & Roadshow Support - Provide overall event and roadshow coordination for the sales & marketing division (e.g. Online and offline events or related activities). - Event on-site support i.e. set-up, event-day support and tear-down. - Compile event feedback. - Event reporting. 3. Marketing gifts - Assist in procurement of marketing gifts and merchandise. - Assist in administration of gift withdrawal process. - Marketing gifts inventory management & documentation. - Housekeeping and organization of Marcom storeroom especially during peak period. 4. Corporate Branding and Marketing Communication Project - Participate, coordinate and support related projects within organization which comprises corporate branding and product marketing related components or elements. - Support on other task or activities assigned by reporting manager when deemed necessary which not limited to the above mentioned.
