Experience

Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in vessel operations

Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or equivalent.

Other Requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to work independently and under pressure

- Willingness to travel or attend vessels if required

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily vessel movements

- Coordinate crew changes

- Maintain vessel certification records

- Prepare operational and incident reports

- Prepare vessels for any survey / audit

Job Scope

- Support the Marine/Operations team in managing day-to-day vessel operations

- Ensure vessel documentation, crewing, and compliance matters are up to date

- Act as liaison between ship and shore for operational coordination

- Assist in implementing safety, environmental, and quality standards onboard

Pay : From RM3000.00 - RM3500.00 per month

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Drivin License, D (Preferred)
