THE POSITION The Market Access and Healthcare Affairs Manager, Human Pharma (HP) is responsible to support the development and execution of the following:
Healthcare Affairs plans
Optimal price and access strategies for the HP Business
Tasks & responsibilities
Supports the Head of Market Access & Healthcare Affairs to develop and execute price and access strategies and Healthcare Affairs plans.
Assist the development and execution of optimal price and access strategies. Provide pricing, reimbursement and pharmacoeconomic information to the HP business.
Develop deep insights into the relationships amongst stakeholders within the healthcare system.
Contribute to the development of partnerships with selected healthcare system stakeholders.
Support the demonstration of improved outcomes for patients and the healthcare system with BI products and solutions to generate advocacy, support patient access and market development.
Participation in the development of ICPs and other cross-functional teams as required.
Support aligned and compliant Market Access and Healthcare Affairs activities and processes (including pricing and launch timing databases).
Act at all times within the local pharmaceutical standards and ethics.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years relevant experience with a multinational company (MNC).
Fundamental understanding of pharmacoeconomics.
Working knowledge of local pharmaceutical market policies, particularly with respect to pricing and access is required.
Product knowledge across the Human Pharma Business.
Commercial acumen and ability to communicate complex topics.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with other departments (Medical, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Key Accounts, Sales, Supply Chain and ROPU Market Access and Healthcare Affairs) / external parties (Market Access and healthcare system stakeholders as required)
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and/or post-graduate qualification in a science-related field (preferably pharmacy, epidemiology, health economics or economics, public health, biostatistics).
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interpersonal, time-management, written and oral communication skills.
