Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated Market Access Executive with expertise in Value Evidence and Outcomes (VEO) and Health Economics to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing market access strategies to optimize product access and reimbursement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive successful market access initiatives.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Conduct health economic analyses and develop value dossiers to demonstrate product value proposition and economic benefits.
  • Generate and interpret real-world evidence (RWE) and outcomes data to support market access strategies and reimbursement submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., medical affairs, regulatory, marketing) to integrate health economic insights into product development and commercialization plans.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of reimbursement dossiers and value-based pricing proposals to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyse healthcare policy changes, pricing regulations, and market trends to anticipate impact on market access strategies.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), payer organizations, and regulatory bodies to achieve product value and access.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on health economic concepts and market access strategies.
  • Support the development of market access tools and resources (e.g., budget impact models, value proposition materials) for use by field teams.
Why You?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Preferably have a minimum of 4 years of experience in market access or health economics roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Malaysian healthcare environment
  • Proficiency in conducting health economic analyses, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact modelling.
  • Experience working with real-world evidence (RWE) and outcomes research to support market access strategies.
  • Strong understanding of reimbursement systems, health technology assessment (HTA), and pricing policies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders to achieve market access objectives.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and market access processes in the healthcare industry
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Health Economics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MSc, MPH) preferred.
